About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Freelance Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the entire recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing Candidates:
- Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to source potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Screening and Interviewing:
- Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens.
- Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
- Pipeline Management:
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Develop relationships with passive candidates and engage them for future opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a freelance or remote capacity.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation:
- A commission-based fee for each successful placement.
